The Pan Thames Paediatric Long Term Ventilation (LTV) Programme is a collaborative effort, commissioned by NHS England, and co-managed by the South and North Thames Paediatric Operational Delivery Networks. Our mission is to ensure that babies, children, and young people on long-term ventilation receive the highest standard of care, both in hospitals and at home.
