Emilie Maughan- Senior Project Manager -North Thames
Having qualified from the University of Nottingham with a Masters in Nursing Science Emilie found her passion for supporting CYP requiring LTV while working on the Respiratory ward in a Tertiary London Hospital in 2009. Since then, Emilie has cared for CYP that require LTV in hospital settings including Paediatric Critical Care and in their home setting as well as being an LTV CNS in 3 of the London LTV Teams.
A drive to improve services for CYP requiring LTV and their families led to her setting up and chairing regional clinical groups to lead on service improvement and networking including the PPLOG and PPLLTV Group. Prior to this role as the Senior Project Manager at the Pan Thames LTV Programme, Emilie continued to focus her work on service improvement at a more regional level as the Paediatric LTV Lead Nurse at the Thames Valley & Wessex Paediatric Critical Care ODN.
Emilie is thrilled to be part of the Pan Thames LTV Programme to be able to continue LTV transformation work, collaborating with services across London and beyond.
