Different Local Authorities use different referral portals to accept Duty to Refer referrals from Public Bodies, such as hospitals. See below for an interactive map of Local Authorities that operate in the Pan Thames region. If you click on your local authority, a link to their information page about the Duty to Refer will be available, you can click on that to find their preferred referral platform.
